Description of value-added services

1. Do you need unpacking services? (limited to air express delivery)

Unpacking fee standard: (Within 20 packages opened per ticket, a fee of RMB 10 per ticket will be charged). (More than 20 packages will be charged RMB 20 per ticket). (Opening more than 40 packages will result in a maximum charge of RMB 30.) Note: The prerequisite for unpacking is to reduce the weight and volume of the package, so packages packaged in express bags will not be opened. Special requirements need to be noted! Our company is not responsible for any missing or shortage of goods caused by the seller after unpacking the package! (If you choose to inspect the goods for this project service, it will be free of charge according to the inspection fee standard.)

2. Are there any fragile items available?

Fragile item description: Common fragile items include: glass products, electrical appliances, lighting fixtures, ceramic products, single slender items, and products whose stool legs are easily crushed or damaged by impact. Waiting for the goods, it is recommended to take protective measures, such as adding air bubble film to the outer layer of the goods, adding cardboard boxes to the outer packaging, and then ordering wooden frames or boxes. The packaging method is that all goods damaged during transportation will not be compensated by our company.

3. Do you need to inspect the goods? (Inspection after signing for delivery)

Inspection fee standard: (RMB 15 per package). 4. Do you need a nail frame?

The charging standard for wooden frames: (400 RMB/cubic meter, minimum consumption is 0.1 cubic meter and 40 RMB. That is, 0.11-0.19 cubic meters. The positioning method is 0.2 cubic meters, such as 400 * 0.2 cubic meters=80 RMB), and so on. (Note: Ordering wooden frames only minimizes the risk of damage or collision to the goods, and does not guarantee any issues after the goods are shipped. Please be aware!)

5. Do you need to nail wooden boxes?

Charging for wooden crates: (600 RMB/cubic meter, minimum consumption of 0.1 cubic meter is 60 RMB, which is 0.11-0.19 cubic meters. The entry method is 0.2 cubic meters, such as 600 * 0.2 cubic meters=120 RMB) and so on. (Note: Booking wooden boxes only minimizes the risk of goods being damaged or damaged, and does not guarantee any issues after the goods are shipped. Please be aware!)

6. Do you need to purchase package loss insurance?

Notice before package signing:

(When there are damaged packages or signs of being opened before the package is signed for, please confirm with the delivery person and driver in person whether the weight and number of items are the same as the waybill, and request the delivery person and driver to sign and take photos to confirm, and notify us at the same time! We will negotiate with the agent to handle the result.) (Note: This is the customer's recipient's right and our only proof, please be informed) Compensation will be multiplied by the proportion of the entire lost ticket. Before the package is sent out, our company will write down the actual weight and quantity of the goods on the waybill, and take photos of the packaged pictures to provide to each customer and upload them to the website. The weight should not exceed+-0.1 kilograms. (Note: Our company does not accept excuses such as not weighing at home or unclear to family members. Please understand and cooperate!)

No insurance compensation terms purchased: (air express and sea freight)

If the goods are lost in our company, we will compensate the customer for the equivalent value of the goods. Up to a maximum of $100 per shipment. (Air freight: If the entire package is lost after the goods are shipped, compensation will be USD 40 per shipment and the shipping fee will be waived. For lost packages, the corresponding order number and Taobao shopping final payment voucher will be used, and the maximum amount will not exceed USD 50 per shipment, whichever is smaller.) (Air freight compensation will be 3 times the shipping fee!) All compensation will not bear any indirect costs or losses, (Also: Our company only bears the responsibility of compensating for losses and not damages)

Explanation of insurance costs for air freight express delivery including sea freight small packages:

Air freight express delivery including sea freight small packages: The minimum charge is RMB 30 per ticket, and if it exceeds the declared total value, a fee of 5% will be charged. For example, for a declared total value of RMB 10000, the calculation method is (RMB 10000 * 5%=RMB 500 per ticket, if it is less than RMB 1000, the minimum charge is RMB 30 per ticket). All insured goods that have been purchased will be compensated according to the declared value, and the lost part will be compensated proportionally. (Note: Loss not damage)

Explanation of ocean freight insurance costs:

(Ocean freight for large cargo: The minimum charge is RMB 30 per ticket, and if it exceeds the declared total value, a fee of 3% will be charged. For example, if the declared total value is RMB 10000, the insurance amount will be calculated as RMB 300 per ticket. If it is less than RMB 1000, the minimum charge will be RMB 30 per ticket.). All insured goods that have been purchased will be compensated according to the declared value, and the lost part will be compensated according to the weight ratio. (For example, if you purchase a package with a total insurance amount of 1000 yuan and a total weight of 10 kilograms, and lose 1 kilogram, you will be compensated 100 yuan.)

Notice for purchasing insurance:
